As a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than 25 years of experience I work closely with my clients to help them better manage life's stressors, explore and understand the origins of their behavior and develop the best methods of coping with and reducing the symptoms of relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, loss and family dysfunction. I tailor my methods to each individual's needs and will work with you to develop the skills needed to reverse the destructive thoughts and habits that are holding you back.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. My preferred method of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I present specific behavioral skills to foster growth and facilitate change. I will work with you to to replace destructive thoughts and habits and suggest new practices that will allow you to more easily accomplish the things you need and want to do with your life. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
